Carlow Building Energy Ratings (Carlow BER) provides building energy ratings for domestic homes in Carlow, Dublin, Wexford and Kildare. We are a Carlow based company that provide an efficient, professional service at a competitive price.

All our BER Surveys are carried out by a qualified BER Assessor who is also a Chartered Engineer. In additon to the BER Certificate, we supply an advisory report containing details on how to improve the energy rating of your home.

We will inform you of the building energy rating before the details are submited to SEI for certification. We will advise if there are any changes that can be made that would improve the rating. This will give you the opportunity to improve your energy rating before the certificate is produced. We also provide expert advice on how best to reduce the amount of energy consumed by your home.

We can provide advice on the Government's Home Energy Scheme. The Home Energy Saving (HES) scheme provides grants to homeowners who are interested in improving the energy efficiency of their home. For full details, visit www.sei.ie.
